Karen Ociepka Anderson, RN
CEO & Director of Placement Services, Vice President
Recognizing a unique opportunity in providing Dental Staff to dental facilities, Karen co-founded, Dental Auxiliary Placement Service, Inc. in 1988. As a Registered Nurse(R. N.), Karen has had a vast array of hands-on experience where, prior to founding DAPS, Inc., she was a working professional in the health field, practicing in both the medical and dental sectors. Karen is actively involved with the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce and is a Past President. Her hobbies and leisure time activities include: tennis, golf, music, and spending time with family and friends.
Linda (Sue) Ference
Permanent Placement Coordinator
Linda (Sue) joined the DAPS team in December of 2000. As an integral part of the permanent placement department, she is respected for her professionalism and work ethics. She is logical and very adept at handling difficult issues - truly a role model to her co-workers and a pleasure to work with. Prior to her career at DAPS, Inc., Linda held the position of office coordinator where she was responsible for all day to day operations for a physician's office. For Linda Sue, DAPS has provided not a home away from home but a "family away from home." Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her husband's rock band perform in and around Chicago.
Dolores Ociepka
Administrative Assistant
Dolores started at DAPS, Inc. in February of 1993. Initially she was involved with accounts receivable and all financial matters and although still involved with the finances, today also plays a very important role as Administrative Assistant to the CEO of the company. A trusted and loyal employee who will assist in anyway necessary. Dolores retired from her previous career as a data entry operator in 1986 and re-entered the work force in 1993 when she joined the DAPS team. Dolores has two daughters and is the proud Grandparent of two wonderful children.
Sharon Ann Carrillo, RN B.S.N.,
Permanent Placement Coordinator
Sharon began her employment with DAPS, Inc. in September, 1992. Sharon initiated the plan which ultimately resulted in our ability to post job opportunities 'live' on our web sites where they can be accessed by our candidates on a daily basis. Today, Sharon continues to be held in high regard by her co-workers. Throughout the years Sharon has enabled DAPS, Inc. to become the successful business it is today. Prior to her tenure at DAPS Inc. Sharon was a RN at St. Joseph's Hospital in Chicago. Sharon has two children, one of which is a talented Attorney who works for a prestigious Law firm in downtown Chicago and another child entering De Paul Law School fall of 2011! In her free time Sharon enjoys; jogging, nutrition, golf and travel.
Melissa Ryan
Temporary Placement Coordinator
Missy works part time at DAPS, Inc. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. She keeps us up to date with new ideas and provides energy and enthusiasm to our workplace. We really enjoy working with her and so do our Clients and Candidates! Missy is studying Psychology in College. Patricia CarberryPlacement Coordinator
We are happy to have Patricia working with us at DAPS, Inc.! She brings a strong background of Dental Office Management to this Agency! Patricia will offer our Clients and Candidates excellent customer service! She has experience with working in the dental field so she will be able to accommodate our Client's staffing needs and will be able to assist our Candidates with their job search.
